A brownstone base for a Boston summer. Doubles, triples and quads from May 31 to August 15. Walk to the Esplanade, Copley, Fenway and MIT, then cook dinner on six burners with the other residents.

The Sunrise was painted Broccoli Forest Green by the house vegetarians, who wanted the last word. Later brothers repainted it after their favorite drink. The color is kept here in case anyone ever wants it back. Nobody has.

Something we can all appreciate
Weekly Cleaning Service
Although residents will be responsible for keeping their own rooms and dishes clean, a weekly cleaning service will be hired to pick up common areas of the house every Sunday this summer. The cleaners will service all lounges, bathrooms, hallways, and the kitchen so that residents can have a clean and comfortable environment to live in.
This service is provided for no additional cost.
