Summer housing
A brownstone base for a Boston summer. Doubles, triples and quads from May 31 to August 15. Walk to the Esplanade, Copley, Fenway and MIT, then cook dinner on six burners with the other residents.
- Move in May 31, after 5 PM

The Sunrise was painted Broccoli Forest Green by the house vegetarians, who wanted the last word. Later brothers repainted it after their favorite drink. The color is kept here in case anyone ever wants it back. Nobody has.

Rooms, Rates & Add-Ons
Doubles
We will have two doubles available for rent this summer. These rooms include Vista, located on the second floor of the house, as well as Virginia, located on the third floor of the house.
Triples
We will have two triples available for rent this summer. These rooms include Peck, located on the third floor of the house, and Beer, located on the fourth floor.
Quads
Three quads will be available for rent. These rooms include Sunrise and Tomb located on the third floor, and Studio, located on the fourth floor. For more information about our rooms and a bit about their places in PKT house lore, visit the House tab of this website.
Room Rates
Doubles: $3900
Triples: $3400
Quads: $2900
These prices are per person and are total, all-inclusive prices for the entire summer. If you do choose to stay with us this summer, we will also request an additional $600 security deposit which will be refunded after your move out date.
Parking
If you have a car that you would like to have access to this summer, we have two parking spots available for rent in our back lot. The price for a spot is $400 and will cover parking for the entire summer housing period.
